Soter Press was founded to fill a gap in the publishing world — a home for voices that embrace both faith and reason, that find God in nature as much as in scripture, and that hold to the moral teachings of Jesus without the weight of institutional dogma.
Our mission is to disseminate and refine the Christian Deist understanding of the world, religion, and life as a gift of God. We publish books — fiction and non-fiction — that speak to the seekers, the questioners, and the spiritually homeless.
The name Soter is the Greek word for Savior — a reminder that at the heart of Christian Deism is the moral and spiritual example of Jesus Christ.
